First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Robinhood.
Operations Manager
There were several calls and zoom interviews. The whole process felt drawn out and disorganized, which was pretty frustrating. It was hard to tell if they were aiming for a startup vibe or a more traditional financial services setup. I also have some real doubts about how sustainable their business model is long-term.
- How would you handle pushing back against stakeholders?
- What's your motivation for wanting to work at Robinhood?
Business Operations Manager
The interview process started with a hiring manager phone screen. After that, I had a take-home assignment. Then there were five 45-minute interviews. The first interview was a presentation of my take-home assignment. The remaining interviews each focused on a specific theme and included short case questions as well as behavioral questions.
- Can you share an instance where you received constructive feedback and describe how you dealt with it?
Business Operations Manager
The final round involved multiple interviews happening one after another, covering both behavioral and case study types. While they weren't overly challenging, doing hours of interviews with hardly any breaks was quite tiring, so make sure you're ready for that.
- Tell me about a process you've made better.
