So I connected with Robin on LinkedIn, and after talking to a manager there, I decided to interview for the Enterprise AE position. The HR team, Jess, was awesome - seriously the best I've ever worked with. She explained the role, talked about salary, benefits, and work-life balance, and made sure I was a good fit. Chandra was also super helpful in scheduling everything around my availability. The final interview was pretty long, which was my only minor issue. I met with a bunch of people from different teams and was asked about how I worked in my last job and with other departments there. Then I had a panel interview where I gave a presentation to a few people, including the CRO. It was tough, but they gave me enough time to prep.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very straightforward, efficient, and to the point. The 1:1 interviews were conversational and low pressure, focused on understanding you as a person and sales contributor. The final interview involved a presentation and Q&A, where they provided the necessary information and aimed to set you up for success. Robin's process was the most seamless and uncomplicated I've experienced. Every next step was scheduled quickly, leaving no room for guessing. All Robin team members were kind and helpful, willing to provide information and advice.

Behavioral

This was one of the worst interviews I've had with a tech startup. The staff was rude and dismissive and didn't seem to realize how much of my time they were wasting. It was a very disappointing process.
