Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Robert Slack LLC.
Realtor
I applied for a salary role initially, but it shifted into a traditional Realtor position. It started with a quick phone call, then moved to a Zoom interview. The whole process was pretty straightforward and easy.
- Can you tell me about your experience in real estate or sales?
Real Estate Agent
We emailed back and forth, then had a phone call to discuss the job and see if it was a fit. After that, we moved on to an interview.
- Are you a go-getter, able to work independently and maximize the potential of provided leads?
Outside Agent
This is a full time role for an Independent Contractor Real Estate Agent. It's a virtual brokerage and is technology-driven, so you need to be skilled in computer technology to succeed. The job involves converting leads into closings, working 40 plus hours per week. It's a very honest setup.
- Given 30 leads per month from Realtor.com, can you close 15 houses annually?
- Do you have the necessary computer technology skills?
Real Estate Agent
The interview was a twenty minute phone call. They explained how the brokerage operates and asked about my industry experience. It was a very relaxed and chill interview.
- Tell me about your experience in the industry.
