First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rob Levine & Associates.
Intake Specialist
the interview process was pretty easy and quick. took no longer than 20 mins. Was interviewed by several team members and then was brought back in for a second interview. at that time I was able to meet rob and learned more about the company
- What are your goals in the next 5 years?
Record Retriever
The interview was split into two parts. The first part was a general discussion to see if they liked me and what I thought I wanted to do at the firm. The second interview was more directly related to the position. I came in for the Record Retrieving department, and the interviewer thought I'd be a good fit for that role and also for the call center, giving me the option to choose.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Associate Attorney
The interview process was pretty smooth. I met with a managing partner who explained the job and what's expected of new associates. It seems like it's all about metrics and how efficiently you can settle cases. The interview was in a basement office, which was fine, not super fancy like you'd expect from a big firm, but as an entry-level attorney, I was just happy to get the chance. The most annoying part was that after about an hour, they told me I couldn't be considered because I wasn't licensed yet (my bar results were still pending). I appreciated the experience, but it was weird to be brought in for a job I didn't even qualify for before I even started.
- If you were an animal, what would you be?
- Which Disney character do you identify with?
Recruiter
They told me I was going to be hired after the first call, then I had a video interview and never heard back. I emailed and called, but no answer. That's how it ended. It wasn't professional or good feedback, and they need to work more on their personal skills.
- Do you have recruiting experience?
