Foreman
The hiring process was real quick and easy. Everything was straightforward, but the hours I got weren't what they said they'd be. I worked every shift to try and get the hours I was promised.
- Are you ready to work?
Systems Administrator
I talked to the recruiter first, then the CIO. After that, I met with the Director of Security and also some help desk techs. The interviews weren't technical, but they did ask me to elaborate on my past experiences.
- Can you describe your experience with managing the M365 Suite?
Grinder Operator
It was easy, just had to show I'm willing to work and won't waste their time. They did a pre-employment drug screen and a DOT physical, and if you pass those, you're good.
- Are you willing to work?
- Are you able to work nights?
Total Rewards Manager
Started with a quick 15-20 minute call with the Recruiter, then a 1-hour video chat with the HR Manager. After that, I had a 1-hour video interview with the Chief People Officer. They also do a drug and background check once an offer is made.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What makes you want to seek out a new job?
