The interview process was pretty standard. Started with a phone call, then I think there were one or two zoom interviews since it was a remote role. They did have a mock cold call, but it was easy because I was given time to memorize a script beforehand. The interviewers were really nice and upfront!

The interview process began with a recruiter call, followed by an hour-long online interview with an internal manager. It was a pretty standard process. I don't recall any unusual questions. The hour just flew by.

I had one 30-minute phone interview, then was supposed to have an office interview with a manager. They told me on the phone and via email I'd be invited for an in-person within a week. But, a week later I got an email saying I wasn't being invited for a second round. I was too confused and concerned to ask why. I applied for Business Development Rep but I think they were thinking of me for Inside Sales. The phone interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to. I think it's a high-energy company still in its disorganized start-up phase.
