The interview process was pretty reasonable. They asked me questions about my background and customer service. I talked with different people from HR and also with upper management. I even got to talk to the CEO. It was a bit rigorous, but overall it was a great interview, and I was happy I got the job. It was a great job for the time I was there.

First, I had to complete a computer-based test. Then, on the same day, a manager interviewed me. This test included a typing speed and accuracy assessment. My scores were printed, and after a couple of brief questions, I was taken to a room for a more in-depth interview with a manager.

Applied online, got a call about a week later. Went in for a one-on-one interview with a supervisor and was hired a couple days after. It was a basic interview process with no really hard questions, and they got back to me in a timely manner.

This interview experience was not professional because the people conducting it had pre-existing biases. The interviewer seemed to have already formed an opinion about me before the interview even began.
