Before applying I went to the restaurant and talked with the General manager, he was very nice and told me all the duties I would need to do at the store. He told me what shifts were available and the stuff I needed to start working. I went back home and did my application and called them to let them know, they set me up for an interview the next day. We did some more talking about the specific restaurant and I got to ask all the questions I needed to ask. They asked me simple questions like when I was available to start, how many hours I could work and more. Overall it was an easy interview.

The interview process was straightforward and pleasant. I was asked simple questions and about my passions. There were two interviews, and both interviewers were quite nice, making me feel welcome. I'm excited about the opportunity to step up and take on any challenge to help the company and support its values.

First, there were about 2 or 3 phone interviews. Second, I had a one-on-one with the Area Director and then a shadow shift. Third, there were a couple more phone interviews. They also wanted me to Google search "RMH Franchise" and read about it. They said they'd ask about it in one of the interviews.

It was a short and easy interview. They asked a lot of questions to get to know me. They showed me around the kitchen, introduced me to the current employees, and showed me some of the job description.
