RLI's interview process was really friendly. I had two rounds, and in both, the interviewers were great at making me feel comfortable. It really seemed like RLI hires great people, and it felt more like chatting than being tested. My best advice for people applying is to just be yourself and show how committed you are — that's what they seem to value most.

The interview process was great. It only took 2 weeks from applying to getting the offer. I had good conversations with both the hiring manager and the manager for the Accounting Clerk position. They were clear about what the job entails, what's needed, and how much it pays.

It was a really chill interview. The person interviewing me was super friendly and asked about my past experience and then let me ask a bunch of stuff about the job and the company. They threw in a few behavioral questions, but mostly it was just about me asking questions about the role and the company.

It started with a phone screening where they asked some basic questions like what I'm currently doing and why I'm looking for a new job. After that, there was supposed to be a video interview, but it was unconfirmed. The interviewer seemed really unhappy and wasn't really listening. She kept pushing for more specific examples, saying my answers were too general even when I thought I was being specific about a client and colleague situation. If they had wanted to move forward, there would have been another video interview. Honestly, I'm glad it didn't work out, I wouldn't want to work for her.
