I flew out to the office for a quick in-person interview. The CEO called in and asked me some questions. After about 20 minutes, I was moved to the next interview. I got the job, but it felt off. I should have declined.

I had an awful experience with RLHC. It started with an intro call that went well. Then I had a call with a team manager who wanted me to do an analytic report within the next week. This was difficult because it was my college graduation weekend. I told both the recruiter and manager I would do the project but to be mindful of my graduation. After spending hours on the project, taking away from family and friends, I submitted it. I never heard back, even after following up. I've never felt more disrespected by a company during hiring.

I applied online and then the recruiter and hiring manager contacted me for a phone screen. I had the phone screen with the recruiter and got a really good feel for the job and the company. After that, I went in for a 2-hour in-person interview with 5 people. They made me feel really welcome and asked some challenging questions. The interviewers seemed really passionate about the company and their work, which left a great impression on me.

It was a great experience. Even if you have the skills, you still need to prepare for the interview. They are looking for a good fit in the sales office because everyone works closely with each other. Customer service and CRM knowledge are very important.
