I had two interviews with managers, in person for both. They told me about the company, asked me about my experience and when I could start. I also got to ask them questions about the company. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

There were two rounds for this interview. The first round had one interviewer, and the second round had two. It felt pretty laid-back and simple. They asked standard interview questions about my background and some specific to the job. I heard back about a week after the first interview, so I figured I'd have to wait a bit after the second one too, but I never got a response. They mentioned I could reach out to them or HR if I had questions, which I did, but no one replied. It's a bit of a turn-off when companies don't even send a rejection email. I took time off work for this, and you can't even send a generic email? It wasn't the right fit for me, but the experience was okay, though communication could be better.
