First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RJN Group.
Engineering Technician
The interview was pretty straightforward and actually easier than I expected. I first had a phone call with someone from talent acquisition. The next day, I had another interview over Teams with the people who would be my managers. Everyone I met was really friendly and seemed pretty laid back.
- Can you tell me a bit about your background?
- What do you know about RJN?
- How do you feel about working outside for extended periods?
Human Resources Intern
It was a chill interview process, but they took ages to get back to me! The people I talked to were really nice and easy to chat with. It's a smaller company though, so there aren't many opportunities to move up.
- How are you a better candidate than others interviewing for this role?
Project Engineer
After dropping off a resume at a career fair, RJN got a recruiter screening call. Then, about a week later, there was a virtual or in-person interview, followed by a site visit.
- Can you tell me about your experience with different industry software?
- What is your understanding of employee ownership?
- What would you consider to be one of your weaknesses?
Administrative Assistant
I applied through LinkedIn and had a phone call with someone who was extremely friendly. Then, they set up an in-person interview for the following week where I met with 6 people. It was really easy to talk to everyone, and they were all super friendly.
- Could you share an experience where you had to deal with a difficult colleague and describe how you managed it?
