It was a pretty straightforward interview where they asked about my background and qualifications. We talked about my experience, my responsibilities in previous jobs, and any training I've had. They were interested in my knowledge of FSMS, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO 22000, as well as my communication skills and how I approach problem-solving. We also discussed the differences between HACCP and ISO 22000, and just generally got to know my personality.

It was a nice and easy process with not too many difficult questions. Very attractive. They are looking for people who really like hospitality. I saw professional management. One of the best interview processes I've had.

I was a candidate for the Sport Club Coordinator position and I didn't get far in the interview process because the management wouldn't hire hijabi women, despite me having all the required qualifications. They said it wasn't about experience but about department rules. This seems like discrimination based on religion, which goes against equal employment laws that hotels usually follow. I'm really let down by this experience and the management's poor standards.

The interview was done via Zoom and it was a nice and engaging experience. The interviewer was friendly and professional, they welcomed me and asked common questions. They explained the dynamics and future vision of the hotel department. Then, they ended the call by explaining the next steps.
