First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rivo Holdings.
Digital Marketing Manager
The recruiter was really helpful and kept me updated. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then a week later, I had an hour-long interview with the VPs who are the hiring managers. They seemed to respect my time. We had a good chat about my marketing skills and what they're looking for. I didn't get the job because my main skills didn't quite match what they needed. The recruiter explained this to me over the phone, which I appreciated. I wish them well with their growth.

Sales Agent
The interview was conducted in a really cool spot, the 23rd floor of the US Bank Building in Downtown SD, with a great view of the Coronado Bridge from behind the recruiter. It was well-organized, featuring a lot of role-playing scenarios and open Q&A. I left feeling really positive about the opportunity, excited about possibly joining the team, and with a solid grasp of the next steps, what the job entails, and the potential commission structure (though proprietary, of course), including examples of top performers' earnings.
- How would you respond if someone said, "I need to speak to my spouse, I am just not interested in proceeding right now."
Talent Acquisition Manager
I had such an amazing experience working with Lindsay Harris, she is incredibly communicative and cares about each step during your interview process. I have never had someone make me feel so comfortable and cared for during an interview process so it meant a lot to see someone so passionate about their job and people in general.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in digital marketing?
Loan Representative
So, after you send in your resume, HR will get in touch real quick. They'll then set up a time for a phone screen, and based on how you do, they might invite you for one to three one-on-one interviews.
- In your last role, were you responsible for a quota or a daily goal?
- What drives you or motivates you?
