Went through the process starting with HR, then met several recruiters followed, by a product demo. Then went thought some closing calls. The interview process was pretty straightforward, they wanted to gauge my interest and skillset in relation to executive search.

This process took place over the course of 2 months in 3 stages. First, there was a phone screen, then a second phone screen, and after that a 1.5 hour interview with 4 people. After approval at each stage, I was given a culture fit phone screen with the HR manager, and then a formal offer was submitted.

Behavioral Other

Had a phone call with the recruiter that went well. The in-person interview was supposed to be with a contractor who seemed like a great fit, but they were only temporary. Met with the Controller, but the meeting was brief and they seemed uninterested. There's no room for growth there. Never heard back about next steps, not even a rejection.

Behavioral

The interview process involved a behavior-focused conversation. The office environment was notably pleasant and modern, with a relaxed atmosphere among the staff. For engineering roles, it's crucial to align with the company culture in addition to demonstrating technical skills. There was an overheard discussion where team members were considering rejecting a candidate due to a perceived lack of cultural fit.
