First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Riverway Business Services.
Recruiter
First interview was a phone call with their VP of Operations. Second interview is a face-to-face sit down with the VP of Operations at their main office in Houston. Third interview was a phone call with the owner. I have a good friend who started with Riverway a month ago and she's very happy, so I threw my hat in the ring.
- Can you qualify your skill set for interacting with and evaluating job candidates for Fortune 500 companies in the Houston area?
Customer Service Representative
We started with open interviews, then a same-day 1:1 interview, a personality quiz, and an IQ test. An online simulation was optional, to be done the same day or at home. This was followed by a phone interview and an improv role play quiz, done twice with different people. Finally, there was a 2-hour orientation.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
Customer Retention Specialist
First I had to do a personality test and submit an application. If they liked me, I got scheduled for a virtual interview. After the interview, if I accepted the job, I started the onboarding which included a drug screen and background check. The process was smooth and Satin got me in for my interview fast.
- How do you handle receiving criticism?
HR Assistant
it was a 3 stage interview test; they did a phone interview, then an in-person, then on-site testing, then a job offer. Then 1-2 weeks of hands-on collaborative training and then work is peer evalutated. I assisted on existing accounts before gaining responsible for sole account.
