PANEL INTERVIEW|PROCESS-DRIVEN COMPANY|STRONG LEADERSHIP TEAM. The first interview was easy, the second was average, and the third was reassuring. I really liked the company's vision and goals. Why not work for Riverstone?

The interview process at Riverstone was a lot of them selling the company to me. I felt they could have asked more about my experience and included more personality questions. I only met three people and didn't get a tour, which would have been nice since it's a new company. It was a decent interview overall. However, I didn't get an official offer letter, only a verbal estimate, until a month later when they were already interviewing other candidates for the role. After I received the offer letter and asked some questions, I was ghosted. I assume they moved on to someone else, but the lack of closure and communication felt unprofessional, especially since they asked me to keep communication open. If Riverstone is truly a fast-growing company, I think it's a decent place to work, but they need to improve their recruiting process.

I had a bunch of virtual interviews with different managers over the course of about a week. We talked to figure out what the job would actually be like. In the end, the schedule just didn't work out for me, so I turned it down.
