The interview process was quite straightforward and pleasant. There were some challenging questions, but they were standard for the role. While there wasn't much pressure, it was important to have a good grasp of the facts. I had several people interview me back-to-back, but it didn't feel overwhelming.

The companies hiring practices are a joke, the job I interviewed for clearly isn’t real. The woman who interviewed me had a nasty tone and seemed very condescending. She asked questions that had nothing to do with the role and did not seem interested in what I had to say. The company is pretty shady when it comes to discussing pay, in NYS we have pay transparency laws which this company was in violation of and they seemed to have not liked me asking why pay was not advertised because the interview ended abruptly after that. I personally wouldn’t want to work at a company who is shady about their business practices from the jump.

I applied via a recruitment agency that was really helpful and professional. The application involved filling out a long form by hand. They were accommodating with the interview timing, fitting it outside of normal hours to suit my work schedule. The interview itself lasted about 1.5 hours, mostly consisting of the interviewer discussing the company and me sharing my work experience. There weren't any technical, scenario, or theoretical questions to assess my skills; it felt like the decision was already made before I even started talking.

Applied online and got an email for a phone interview. Had a phone interview with 3 people. Two days later, received an email to set up an in-person interview for the following week. Met with 5 people there. Everything seemed to go well, but then I heard nothing back. It was very strange because I've never been left hanging without even a rejection email. I found it unprofessional and it seems to be a common experience with this company.
