First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Riverstone Communities.
Assistant Manager
The interview process was very professional and engaging. I really felt like my recruiter was genuinely interested in what I had to say and if I was really the person they were looking for.
- Can you describe a weakness you have and explain how you've managed and overcome it?
Corporate Office
It was the a very lengthy interview process with several quizzes and they contacted my last 3 employers. There was a phone interview, an in-person interview with supervisor and then a second in-person interview with supervisor and other management.
- Can you share some examples of situations you encountered on the job and how you dealt with them?
Property Manager
So far I've had 3 phone interviews and completed a computer assessment. I'm still waiting on an in-person interview with the manager. They asked a lot of questions about my past jobs and experience, and they need the names and contacts for previous employers. I answered everything honestly and directly, which made it a really smooth and fun process.
- Can you describe a time you handled a stressful work situation and what the outcome was?
- Tell me about your previous employment and experience.
- Please provide the names and contact information for your former employers.
Financial Analyst
It was a little bit tough, because I was interviewed by six different departmental heads. The questions were relevant to the field. After the interview, I followed up frequently, but I didn't get any response, so I assumed they might have found someone more qualified than me.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
