Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Riverside Payments.
Account Executive
I recently had a video chat with the company and about 10 other people who were also interviewing for the role. The whole process was pretty easy and informative. Everyone seemed really knowledgeable and kind during the interview. I think this is going to be a great opportunity, and I'm excited to say I got the job and start my training tomorrow.
- Can you describe yourself using three words?
Account Executive
The interview process is quite simple, and it's followed by a two-week training period that you really need to commit to and pay attention to if you want to do well in this role. Currently, everything is done online, which definitely makes things less complicated.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
Sales Executive
The interview process went smoothly. There was a group interview, but they didn't focus on just one person. They asked simple questions, and then they offered all of us a position. They also provided me with free training and paid leaves.
