It was an easy interview, very direct about expectations and the staff were friendly. They checked my available hours and if I would call off. They are busy and need reliable people.

Started with a really long interview process, like a 'top grading' assessment where they asked a ton of questions about my whole life, career, and even childhood. Then, there were multiple interviews, totaling over 8 hours of talking with 9 different managers. I'm not sure what happened because I never got any kind of follow-up or even an email about the decision after putting in so much personal time. It left a bad impression of the company and was a poor experience for me as a candidate. I really thought they'd live up to their company values, even with potential hires.

I got an email from the HR manager asking me to do a recorded video interview, which I finished. Then, they sent me a calendar invite to set up a phone interview. I picked a date and time. The HR manager introduced himself during the phone interview and asked me general questions. He then talked about the job and mentioned he's careful about hiring because two people declined the offer previously. When we discussed pay, he asked my salary, and I told him. He informed me that their maximum offer was less than my current salary. Overall, it was an okay interview. I was really surprised that the offer was less than my current job, even though my current salary was already below market rate. I thought a casino that makes so much money would pay their employees more. It's not surprising that people declined their offers since they don't pay market rates. I didn't hear back after that, not even a rejection email, which would have been polite so I could keep looking.

Had a quick call with HR first. Then, a few days later, I had an in-person interview with the department Manager that lasted about an hour. About two weeks after that, I was asked back for a second in-person interview. This time, it was split into two parts: a 30-minute meeting with the Director and then a separate 30-minute 2-on-1 with some analysts. Everyone was really nice and it seemed to go well. But then, after a few weeks with no word, I tried to follow up with the HR person, but they never called back or answered my calls. It's just unprofessional to be ghosted like that by a big company after a long process.
