Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RiverKids Pediatric Home Health.
Occupational Therapist
The interview was in a really chill setting. Everyone was super friendly, and it felt more like a chat than a formal interview. They showed me the EMR system they use and gave me a tour of the office. All the staff were welcoming. I actually got an offer right then and there.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Physical Therapist
I submitted an online application and got a fast response asking me to schedule a phone interview. Then, I had a phone chat with the director for my department. After that, we exchanged emails with follow-up questions and info about the company.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- Where are you looking to work?
Occupational Therapist
I had a quick phone call first, then an in-person interview. The phone screen involved questions about me and my motivation for becoming an OT, along with my experience, especially as a new grad. For the in-person part, they showed me their documentation system and I got to ask them questions I had prepared. It was a professional interview, but it felt pretty conversational by the end.
- What motivated you to pursue a career as an Occupational Therapist?
- Could you describe your experience, particularly as a recent graduate in Occupational Therapy?
Speech Language Pathologist
The interview process was pretty smooth, and we had a good chat to see if I'd be a good fit. It was a great interview, but I did have to chase them a few times to set up and confirm an interview time after they initially reached out. Honestly, the process felt a bit disorganized, and I got very little notice for both the interview and the training.
- Can you tell me about your past experience and why you're interested in our company?
