The interviewer was really nice and it was mostly just a casual chat. The office seemed great and I'd recommend working here to others.

I started with a phone screening with a supervisor, then I did a group interview with other candidates for the same position. Finally, I had an interview with two people, one was the supervisor and the other was someone else from the Children's program. Everyone at Riverbend was really nice and the interview felt more like a chat than a tough questioning.

The interview process was very straightforward. The clinician who interviewed me was very warm, personable, and smart, and she seems like an excellent clinician. Reference checking is handled by the Human Resources department, and they get the process done quickly and efficiently. Everyone I interacted with there was very warm and helpful.

I first got a call from admin for a phone interview. She also told me about the jobs and how much they pay. After I passed that, she set up a face-to-face interview. When I got there, I had to fill out some papers and do a clinical writing sample. In the face-to-face, there were 4 interviewers, but I felt okay. They gave me a packet about benefits too. I think the whole thing took about 30 minutes. They offered me the job about a week later.
