Front Desk Receptionist
It was great, the staff were really welcoming and clear. They asked about my experiences and how I can add to the team, with lots of scenario-based questions focusing on customer service.

Receptionist
There are only 2 filters, the first with HR and the second with the hiring manager. You need to bring a series of specific documents: Application, Email, Birth Certificate, Tax Status Statement, Social Security Number, CURP, Proof of Residence, INE Identification, Study Certificate, 2 work certificates or recommendations, Criminal Background Check.

- Do you like working under pressure?
Housekeeping Supervisor
I was directly contacted by the HR manager for a first interview at the property. We sat at the bar for a friendly chat about my career, previous positions, availability to relocate (I was living in a different country), a description of the position, and my managerial skills. The second interview, the following day, was with both the head of the hotel department and the company. The questions were more specific about coordinating and checking the quality of others' work and willingness to face a demanding job. The conversation remained friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout.
- How do you handle work-related stress?
Software Engineer
So after we connected via email, they set up a call. It got cancelled twice without any heads-up, but then they managed to confirm a new one with only 2 hours notice. I had the first technical interview, and they mentioned a second one would follow. That was scheduled, but they just didn't show up. Then they sent a new invite for another interview, and again, I was stood up with a no-show.
- Can you describe the authentication methods you're familiar with?
