Store Assistant
In-person interview, the manager was friendly and flexible. They asked me questions about my previous store experience and explained the job duties. The downside is that I didn't receive any feedback; an email arrived a few days later with the selection outcome.

Retail Assistant
Manager interview, where you'll introduce yourself and answer some questions like hobbies outside of work. Basis for questions: Why do you want to join Rituals, and what do you know about Rituals. We will also explain the team structure, uniform, and nail requirements, and ask about your availability. You'll also get a gift bag.

Store Associate
It was a quick interview, about 10-15 minutes long, and really dynamic and fun. They had a series of questions broken into sections, and you'd answer them after watching parts of a video. The questions were practical, focusing on potential situations that come up on the job.
