Behavioral

An easy and very friendly interview to see what you can bring to the company, what you would improve, and why you want to work with them. They also explain salaries and conditions, like the fact that hiring hours usually don't exceed 20, which I see as a negative, but they do it so the employee is always motivated and gives their all with the client.

First, I had a phone interview scheduled with my direct manager, but it was last-minute changed to a call with a third-party recruiter who used Ritual's questions. Then, I went to the office for an in-person interview, but the people I was supposed to meet weren't there. I sat alone in a boardroom and interviewed over Webex with 2 out of 3 scheduled people. The third person, my direct manager, didn't show up. The first person I Webex'd with asked just one role/experience question. Most of the time was spent on a made-up project meant to show how I think, which took up most of that portion. The second person seemed to think I was interviewing for a more junior role. It didn't feel like a peer interview for a strategic role, more inexperienced and trivial. ADVICE: Respect people's time; driving downtown to meet people through a screen was rude, especially without setting expectations. Don't try to be Google. I understand role-plays and creative questions, but talk to me about how I'll achieve success, my experience, strategies, and process, especially for a strategic role. This has been the most unprofessional interview process in my experience. I withdrew my candidacy. I hope they don't treat their people or customers the same way.
