Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ritual.
Growth Marketing Manager
First, there was a recruiter screening, followed by a chat with the hiring manager. Then, I did a live case study on market sizing, and finally, a culture fit and values interview.
- What's your strategy for launching Ritual in a new city?
Partner Growth Manager
The interview process was quite involved. I went through several interviews, some in person and some via Google Meet, with various managers from the APAC region. It was a pleasant experience overall, and Ritual was very flexible in scheduling around my availability. Be aware that last-minute changes to your interviewer might happen due to scheduling conflicts.
- Some Fermi-style questions were asked.
Marketing Manager
I applied for the job and heard back from Talent about a week later. The questions they asked were pretty standard, but the interviewer wasn't very energetic, which made it hard for me to feel super connected to the conversation. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.
- Could you share why you're interested in this particular role?
- What specific experiences do you possess that would enable you to excel in this position?
