First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ritter Insurance Marketing.
Carrier Representative
I spoke with HR on the phone, then met the supervisor and manager in person. They were nice and explained the job well. The questions were basic and about my background.
- Can you discuss your past experience?
Sales Specialist
The interview process included a virtual meeting and then an in person meeting at the Harrisburg office. It was a good process, no issues at all. They also have a great onboarding process for new hires and everyone is super helpful!
- What are your motivations for seeking a new role?
- Could you describe your ideal way of learning?
- How do you ensure you successfully manage and organize your time?
Contracting Specialist
There were 2 interview rounds, one with the recruiter and then a second with the team (manager, supervisor, leads). Both were virtual, but I had the option to do the second one in person. Everyone was really laid back, which made the interviews way less nerve-wracking.
- What makes you want to join Ritter?
Sales and Marketing Representative
The interview was really nice with David, he asked some really good questions and was very respectful and appreciative of me coming in for the interview. Also I love the whole atmosphere of the office environment at Ritter, they seem to be really on top of things.
