I interviewed with 4-5 people who all asked questions. There were many different personalities and some parts were challenging. Some aspects were positive, and others were just okay. I felt pretty neutral about the whole experience.

This was honestly the strangest, most uncomfortable interview experience I've ever had. It started with a phone interview, then I went in person to meet the current EA, and finally had another in-person meeting with the COO. The COO was super obnoxious and asked really inappropriate things about my personal life and religion. He also went on about office romances and his own wealth. It made me extremely uneasy.

I met with 3 different HR folks. The interview went well. Everyone seemed happy. Friendly. I thought I had done fairly well. They said they'd get back to me. They didn't. Completely ghosted. Not even a generic thanks but no thanks. It told me everything I needed to know about this company, their culture and their HR. The worst part, they reposted the job. Again. If I gave you the courtesy of my time and an interview, at the very least you owe me a thanks, but we went another route.

I spoke with the hiring manager. She gave me a good overview of the position and what the day-to-day responsibilities would be. We then talked about my past work experience and qualifications. We had a conversation to get to know each other better. While I felt like some interview questions were pointless, it was overall the best interview I've ever had.
