The interview experience was good overall. I was expecting more technical questions, but it wasn't that challenging. The whole process was really well put together and ran smoothly, which made things feel more comfortable and efficient.

The interview process took a really long time and felt like it was dragging on. The final offer didn't match up with what I'd actually be doing once I started. It seems like there's a lack of organization and clear goals. You should ask a lot of questions before joining this company. Make sure they really convince you why you should work there.

Behavioral Presentation

So, I had this initial phone chat with a junior marketing person and someone from ops. It was pretty chill. We talked about how I've written about jewelry before and how I made it sound good. About a week later, I went to their office, which was kind of small, and sat down with two senior marketing people. One of them didn't say much, seemed kinda shy. The other one did all the talking, but honestly, they didn't seem to get what writers actually do. That was it, no follow-up at all, not even a rejection email. Super unprofessional.

It was good to move forward, although explaining each part felt a bit challenging. I did my best to get the job, considering the high competition. Overall, it was a good experience dealing with these difficulties.
