It was a super straightforward interview process. I got a call a few days after applying online. Then I had an interview, and they called me back the next day to offer me the Shift Supervisor role. The manager asked about my previous experience as a Shift Supervisor, how I handled customer satisfaction, and my work availability.

The location was holding a job fair prior to the store's grand opening. I filled out an application, waited about ten minutes, and then was interviewed by the manager as well as a manager from another location. After the interview (which was on a Tuesday) I was told I'd be contacted by the end of the week, and on Friday I was offered the job.

I had a skype interview with the owner. It lasted about 20 minutes. A week or so later I received an offer via email. Most interviews were held in person, but I was away at school rather than home, where I would be working over the summer.
