The interview process was quick. The recruiter was great, and I thought I had the job because we talked about salary and start date, but then I was rejected after following up. The feedback was that I was missing a skill set that they never asked about in the three interviews, even though I'm very skilled. My advice is to be more specific when asking about crucial skills and give candidates a chance to talk about them.

I got referred by someone I know at the company. I sent my resume and cover letter to my contact. Then, I had a chat with the HR Coordinator about the company and its culture at Riskonnect. After that, I was invited to their Kennesaw office to meet with Kelly Barton and John Casazza. The interview lasted about two hours, and it was split evenly between talking about me and discussing the company and the position. I suspect they might have thought I was overqualified or maybe too expensive, as they didn't end up offering me the job.

So I had a few interviews for the Data Analyst job at Riskonnect. First, Molly Keegan and I talked about my background, skills, and the usual stuff like pay and when I could start. I don't have direct Salesforce experience but I know its parts. Then, Eric asked me technical and behavioral questions about how I solve problems, what tools I use, and how I talk to senior people. I think I could've been clearer and quicker with my answers. The last round was with Brad and Richard, where we went over handling disagreements, talking to clients, and fixing problems. I gave good examples and asked about the company vibe. They thought I was too qualified, but it was a good and fast process overall.

I applied online and got a quick response. The interview process was pretty straightforward. Instead of a phone call, they set up an in-person interview that was about 30 minutes long. Afterwards, I had to complete an online application and take a placement assessment. They mentioned they'd contact me either way, but I never heard back, even after sending multiple follow-up emails.
