It was a pretty smooth, easy, and straightforward interview process in my opinion. The hiring manager was friendly and the team was very nice, which helped me feel less pressure. However, you should still do your homework on the job, company, and requirements to ensure you have a good conversation and make a good impression.

I was contacted by the hiring manager and we set up an interview a few days later. I met with the hiring manager and the director of the division. The interview was two hours long. They said they'd make a decision by the end of the week and let me know early the next week. On Monday, I got an email asking for a good time to call and then I was offered the job.

Had multiple panel interviews with managers and senior accountants. The environment was good and the people working there seemed intelligent. The final interview was in the office for a face-to-face meeting, which was helpful to experience the culture. Overall, it was a great process!
