You start with 3 virtual interviews. The first one is on the phone. The other two are on the computer where 1-2 people will ask you background info, behavioral questions, and job specific questions. To get ready, you should read about the job role and talk to people at the company to ask them about the role you’re applying to.

First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I went to their facility for an in-person meeting with the site leaders. I sent a thank you note afterwards. One of the leaders responded, saying they were 'still working through it.' It's been over a month since then, and I haven't heard back at all. It makes me wonder how they treat their employees if they ignore candidates like this.

Met with the head of the West Coast team in San Francisco, where two interviewers spoke with me, one leading the conversation. Following a successful meeting, I then had a ~60-minute interview with the head of the team. After that, I had a ~30-minute interview with the head of the entire team in NYC, during which I was asked about my knowledge and past performance.

Had an HR phone screen, then I spoke with three Managers. The whole process was super organized and HR was really on top of their follow-ups. The interviewers really seemed to believe in the company's mission, they were great at explaining things and were keen to hear my story. It gave me a good feel for the company culture. Overall, pretty impressive.
