I applied online and heard back after two weeks. I got an email for a video interview with four questions. Many of my classmates got the same email. It was a bit strange to do a video interview since you can see yourself on screen and it can be distracting.

I applied through my university recruitment for the RMS Noida office. They shortlisted me based on my resume and then had a telephonic interview. The interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. It was for a summer internship in the Modeling group. They mostly wanted to know about my past projects and what I learned from them. You need to be really solid on the concepts you used in your project.

First there was a technical written test that was multiple choice and covered basic DBMS concepts. Then I had a tech + HR interview. The technical part involved basic DBMS questions, writing SQL queries, and testing programming concepts, specifically C++ OOPS for me. The HR part was standard questions like introducing myself, discussing my strengths and weaknesses, and my short and long term goals.
