First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RiseBoro Community Partnership.
Associate
The interviewer was horrible. I waited 30 minutes even though I was early on purpose. The lady was biting her nails and talking to other people while she was interviewing me. Then a guy came into the conference room screaming and cursing and they acted like I wasn't even there.
- Why did you decide to apply for this position?
Human Resources Business Partner
My initial phone screen with the recruiter went well and they were responsive. However, in the second interview with the HR Director and another HRBP, despite them saying they urgently needed someone with my skills, they seemed to actively discourage me from taking the role. They said they'd get back to me soon, but I never heard from them again. It felt like a waste of my time.
- Are you able to work from the office three days a week?
Operations Associate
It was a long process over several weeks, they said they needed someone like me urgently. I got to the last interview and they promised to get back to me soon but they never did. It was a waste of my time.
- Can you share an instance where you made an error?
Attorney
It was a fun process, although a little intimidating because it was a round table interview and I met with the Housing Director too. I was a new law graduate and really appreciated that they gave me a chance.
- What was your interest in this role?
