I applied in person with my resume, cover letter, and application. Over a month later, I got a call to come in for an interview the following week. I went in, filled out some papers, answered a few job-related questions, and read some company info. The interviewer asked me about 20 questions and wrote down my answers. She said I answered everything perfectly and was impressed with my experience. My interview was on a Friday, and she said she'd call early the next week to arrange things. She never called. When I called her, she didn't answer. I don't know what happened, but I'm really mad about the whole process.

It was a chill chat with the two supervisors. We talked about my background, my thoughts on the ID/DD field, what kind of person does well in this job, and some other stuff I can't recall. After the interview, they sent an email asking for a sample of my work as a Behavior Consultant (a Behavior Support Plan). They got back to me pretty fast.

It was a really good interview process with a great interviewer. They asked good questions in a relaxed way, asking questions and waiting for my answers without making me feel pressured. They explained how their organization works and walked me through the interview, hiring, and client process. It was an excellent, simple, and effective interview with great interviewers.
