I had two interviews for this org. I thought they went very well and was told in both of them that I was moving on by the HR director and the Ops Director (who was the supervisor). A few hours before the final interview they cancelled without any explanation. Heard nothing from the Ops Director but the HR Director told me nice he would get back to me with an explanation (which he never did after a few follow ups). I thought we had great repour in the interviews but the unprofessional nature of how they just ghosted on the final interview has me feeling quite off on the whole organization.

I got the interview request about 10 days after applying. The first interview was with HR the following week, then the hiring manager the week after that. The final interview was the next week with a panel of my potential teammates and it was behavioral-based. They went quiet for about a week after that, but HR eventually called with an update.

Started with a recruiter phone screen, which was pretty basic and nice. Then a couple weeks later, I had an hour-long phone interview with some director-level people, the questions were pretty standard. About two weeks after that, I had a second interview. It was basically the same questions as before, but with a mix of different staff levels. I didn't move forward after this. The staff were nice, but this was a really slow process. They weren't great with communication between interviews, only one email from HR to set up the next one, and that was usually a week or two after the previous call. I emailed for an update 15 days after the second interview, and that same afternoon, I got an email from someone new saying they were going with other candidates. It wasn't a bad experience overall, just not very efficient, probably due to scheduling. I wish they'd been more considerate of the candidate experience. I applied in mid-December and heard back at the end of February. I interacted with 3 different HR staff during that time.

We first had a phone interview, which was pretty relaxed and professional. I answered everything they asked, and doing my research on the company definitely helped. Then, there was a second interview that involved a group setting.
