Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview was pretty organized and moved fast. I had four meetings: first, a chat with HR, then a call with a Team Lead, followed by a big case study presentation about real client implementations, and finally, I met with the Hiring Manager. All the talks were good and checked my skills, both technical and how I interact with people. They were upfront about what they needed and let me show my thinking process, how I sort tasks, and manage clients. What was cool was how clear and fast it all was, and everyone seemed really professional. They were all smart, focused on the company's goals, and honest about how demanding the job is. The case study was a great way to actually show what I can do. This job is for people who can work on their own. Be ready to discuss how you've handled client implementations from start to finish, how you juggle different tasks, and how you deal with uncertainty. Make sure you own your story and have real examples to back it up.

Technical Other

The interviews were pretty straightforward. However, the quality of their interview questions and the take-home assignment for the team I interviewed with showed a lack of critical thinking and depth in the company's strategy. It was also strange that the take-home assignment had a section on a preferred skill, which wasn't a requirement from the job description.

Technical Case Presentation

The process started with a phone screen, followed by a 1x1 with the hiring manager, and then a case study presentation to a panel. It usually took the recruiter about 5-7 business days to get back to me between stages. I made it all the way through, even the case study presentation, which I felt was a huge ask unless they were looking for free consulting, but ultimately I was rejected because they decided to hire internally.
