It's a 3 round interview process. First is a 15 min phone call with the recruiter where they ask standard questions like why you want to work there, why you're looking for a new job, and what you know about the company. If you pass that, they send you a take-home assignment with problem solving and logic questions. You'll also need to reply to a sample customer email, graded on empathy, grammar, and presentation. The last round has two 45 min zoom interviews with supervisors who will ask STAR questions.

Behavioral Technical

Recruiter reached out to do a preliminary query. The first person I spoke with looked like they just woke up. Then I was given an assessment with some CCAT Spatial questions. After that, I had an interview with Customer Support, Global Tax, which went well and the interviewer seemed more invested. They did say they tend to go over the 30min allotted time. The final interview was with the Customer Support Manager, Payroll, Core. She had a toxic personality and seemed bothered. At the end, I asked about the department hierarchy and management roles, which she answered confusingly. I then asked if the company uses metrics and she condescendingly said yes, mentioning CSAT and QA reviews. She also stated that you must adhere to your schedule and work on a chat and case simultaneously. I then asked if this was an entry-level position, which seemed to irritate her, likely due to the poor pay for the micromanaging and depth of knowledge expected. I have 6 years of payroll knowledge, and the final interviewer completely soured my interest.

The interview process was really straightforward, with communication being quick and thorough throughout. I started with a recruiter call, then did a technical assessment where I had to respond to a simulated customer issue. After that, there were two more interviews and a language assessment to finish.
