First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ripple.
Data Engineer
She told me that there were about three to four interview steps. First, there was a phone call with general questions. Then, a technical interview, although I never made it to this level so I can only guess what it's about. Finally, an interview with the hiring managers.

Data Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard: first a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager chat, followed by one technical interview and another tech interview. Then there was a system design round, and finally a round with a PM/TPM and a DS. Overall, it was a very general process with standard questions. No specific knowledge about crypto was needed, just solid data engineering experience.
