It was a 3-step interview process: first a preliminary, then a technical round, and finally a closing round, before the HR round. Each step was designed to give the candidate a clear understanding of the expectations. They said they'd send communication after the interview was done, and the process was open and transparent.

The process was going fast until the second round, which was not ideal. The interviewer wasn't really receptive to my answers and it was tough to figure out what they were looking for. After that, they just stopped responding.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty simple interview process. I had three phone interviews, and then one in-person meeting with some senior execs. They asked standard questions and the interviewers were really personable. Mostly they wanted to see if I'd fit the culture and if I had the right kind of work experience, which you'd hope for in an interview.
