Fundraiser
So the process was pretty straightforward, first there was a recruiter screening, then a virtual meeting with the org, and finally a presentation round with a panel for questions and discussion. It was alright.
- Can you describe your leadership style?
Healthcare Analyst
First, I had some screening questions to do online. Then, I had an interview over Microsoft Teams with the director of the division I might be working in. We talked about my background, how I work with teams, and some basic things they expect for the role.
- Could you elaborate on your qualitative research experience?
Communications Generalist
The interview process starts with an initial Phone interview lasting 30-45 minutes. Following that, there's a Virtual interview with the hiring team, which typically runs 30-60 minutes. Finally, an in-person Meet & Greet is scheduled with the entire team, allowing both the candidate and the team to see if it's a good mutual fit.
- Can you tell me about a communications project you participated in and explain your role and methods?
Program Analyst
I had a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I interviewed with two team members. Then there was a job assessment. After the assessment, I was left waiting for over a month, even though the recruiter had said they'd make selections/offers within a week. It seems like a good company, but their communication isn't the best, and they can be misleading. Take what they say with a grain of salt and don't get your hopes up!
- Why were you interested in applying for this position?
