The interview process was pretty straightforward. I got a clear understanding of the role and my duties. It felt more like a chat, which was nice and made me feel relaxed.

Applied on LinkedIn, it was a simple application. They kept in touch to schedule the interview. The interview started right on time. I met great people and the process was smooth! I'd happily interview again. It seems like a really good organization!

It wasn’t a big deal, the interview process. Since it wasn't a high paying job, the interview wasn't too hard. They wanted to know about my experience and why I was interested in this particular company.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Baseball Operations
It was a simple interview over Zoom, basically just be yourself. They asked basic questions, and knowing about baseball is a plus. It was pretty easy, so don’t stress about it. After the Zoom interview, you get the offer. You have about a week to decide whether to accept or decline.
