The recruiting team was very nice and explained the process very well and answered my questions. I felt comfortable knowing what to expect in the interview. 1 hour initial interview with technical questions/coding assessment that starts with 15 minutes with the VP of engineering explaining Ripcord.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews and things were going well before Covid hit and the company paused the process. They reached out to me 4 months later to start it up again, but when discussions were to be scheduled they said they found someone the Board recommended. I liked the company but the process and communication should have been managed much better.

I applied online and got a phone interview pretty quickly. The first call was a phone screen where they asked about my typing speed (WPM), my motivation for applying, and my reasons for leaving my previous job. After that, I had to complete a typing test, an attention to detail test, and a 10-key test that included symbols. Then, I met with the Operations team lead and got a tour of the office. Finally, I had a panel interview with four people at once. They explained that the interview was informal and they wanted to get a sense of my personality and work ethic, seeing if I'd be a good fit and a hard worker.

First, I met with HR, and then a technical recruiter introduced me to the hiring manager and a future co-worker. The phone screen and HR chat were quick. The in-person interview took a week to set up, but it was efficient and to the point. They also showed me around the production facility, which was a cool demo.
