There were a few interviews, and quite a few people were involved in interviewing me. Everyone was super nice and asked really good questions. There were some long waits between when one interview ended and the next one started. But, things did keep moving, and I did end up getting the job.

I saw the job ad on a local classifieds site and sent my resume. They got back to me fast and I went in for an in-person interview that same day. It was super quick and I got an offer right then.

The whole process was really long and felt invasive, especially since I don't think they were actually planning to hire anyone. It would have been better for me too if they'd given me feedback on my assessment test results, instead of it just being a one-sided and disruptive experience. When I did interview, it was a dry and hostile environment, which might say something about the company culture. Honestly, I'm happy with how it turned out because I ended up getting a job at a company with a much better culture.

First they do a background check and run you through two old assessments to see if you're trustworthy and if you'd fit their open, non-managerial, team-based culture. These assessments seem low-tech, maybe from 15 years ago, possibly requiring IE6. The process was disorganized. I got a call a few days after applying online and was told HR would call the next day. Several days passed, I called back, and apparently there was an issue requiring a re-do. I finally got an email to authorize a background check and complete the online assessments. After completing them, I received an email stating they found a better candidate, likely meaning I failed one or both assessments, especially since the job was reposted a couple of weeks later and then they emailed me the exact same message the following week. They seem disorganized with unusual management styles and outdated assessments.
