Accounts Receivable Specialist
The interview process starts with a phone interview. Then, there's a panel interview that mainly includes behavioral questions. After that, you'll spend 15-30 minutes with peers to check for synergy and gather more information.
- Can you explain your reasons for leaving your current role?
- What qualities do you possess that make you an ideal fit for this position?
Environmental Assistant
The positive point was the initial contact where they informed the salary via email, and I liked the receptionist's receptiveness. Negative points: it was during the pandemic, and they held the process in person in Mogi das Cruzes. There were several people being interviewed that day, when it could have easily been done online. The interview itself was a calm conversation, but after that, the HR collaborator left me with several pages to fill out and then said goodbye. The forms asked for personal information, like social security number, and details that had already been provided on the online platform. There was also a questionnaire with mediocre Portuguese and math questions that even a child could answer and don't evaluate the candidate's knowledge at all, plus a personality test where you sum the scores at the end – I thought it was awful. Yes, that's right, in 2021 they used a manual test like that. They hired someone who had prior experience as an intern in the area, but since the salary is very low, the turnover is surely high. My suggestion is, if you really want someone with experience, don't even call other candidates for interviews. Automate the interview system; handing over 10 pages of paper to fill out by hand for an environmental position is terrifying. My first action if I worked in your environmental department would be to reduce paper consumption during interviews.

R&D Engineer
First, I had a chat with someone from HR. After that, I met with the Technical Manager. Then they extended an offer. It all went well and was a positive experience; I'd recommend it.
- Tell me about how you deal with failures, what corrective actions you take, and what you learn for the future.
Analista
The company's HR department is quite flawed; the problem starts with the department lacking a manager. The team is young and has potential, but they are poorly guided.
- Tell me about your experience. What makes you want to work here?
