First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RingoFire.
Account Manager
The first interview was easy, but it took over two weeks to learn that the team hadn't reviewed the interview notes. Otherwise, the company seems okay to work for, though he did mention issues with the account team.
- How can your account management background distinguish you from other candidates?
Graphic Designer
The interview process was straightforward. However, the lack of communication after the interview was concerning. I interviewed two years ago for a graphic design role and was ghosted. Hoping things had improved, I referred a friend for a position, but both my friend and I were ghosted by two different people regarding the role. I've heard similar stories from others. I did like their interview style and appreciated seeing the office and their daily work. Overall, the interview provided insight into the agency, but their follow-through needs improvement. A rejection is better than silence.
- Can you describe a time when you had to be creative and think unconventionally for a project?
Intern
Started with a standard phone interview with HR and then had an in-person interview. The interview room itself was dark, but the tour of the workspace and campus was really cool.
- What kind of work style do you have?
Paid Advertising Intern
It was a very thorough process with wonderful people. They explained the position and what they expected. I met the entire team and it was very welcoming.
- What are your strengths?
