I went through the Ringle tutor interview. It was pretty short, starting with a quick intro and then a mock tutoring session. First, you'll get tutorials and materials to review so you can get familiar with the website's format and what's expected during tutoring sessions. It's important to go through these resources before the interview. The interview itself will be a mock session.
