It was a personal meeting between me, the person in charge of HR, and the supervisor. Afterwards, we answered each other's questions. The conversation was well-structured and included the essential elements expected from an interview.
- What interests you about this role and its subject matter?
HR Business Partner
So, the interview has two parts. First, you'll talk to the whole HR team, and then you'll have a chat with the director. The first part is all about your past work experiences. The second part dives deeper into the specific job opening, to see if you're a good fit for it.
- Can you tell us more about your current employer?

The first interview was with the team leader and the deputy via Google Meets, followed by a taster day and an interview with HR on-site. HR then wanted to speak with my current manager and asked for my consent.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses, and are you a team player?
Intern
Because of Corona, the whole application process happened via video call. There were 2 interviews. In the first, they asked the usual questions about strengths, weaknesses, and career path. They also discussed work and behavioral styles in daily work. In the second interview, I had to give a presentation about the trends and risks in my current field of activity.
