The first interview was with the team leader and the deputy via Google Meets, followed by a taster day and an interview with HR on-site. HR then wanted to speak with my current manager and asked for my consent.

Because of Corona, the whole application process happened via video call. There were 2 interviews. In the first, they asked the usual questions about strengths, weaknesses, and career path. They also discussed work and behavioral styles in daily work. In the second interview, I had to give a presentation about the trends and risks in my current field of activity.
